Pavel is an experienced researcher, project manager, and training facilitator specialising in the use of data and new tech to drive insights for improving government services. His research interests include data visualization, smart transportation and mobility, open data, and participatory governance. Pavel is currently working on the DUET project which aims to create a replicable framework for secure and citizen-centric digital twins of smart cities. Pavel received the MSc degree from London School of Economics.
